Diamond Detectors

CVD diamond films of detector quality with a specific resistance ≥10¹⁴ Ohm×cm were grown and investigated (V.E. Strelnitsky et al.) in IPSSSMT.

Diamond detectors of thermal neutrons (with ¹⁰B converter), having high radiation resistance and capable to operate at increased temperatures were developed.
