nuclear physics analytical complex "SOKOL"
Content of the equipment:
the Chamber for PIXE;
the Chamber for PXX;
the Chamber for RBS;
the Nuclear Microbeam;
the ion irradiation channel;
the spectrometric electronics,
vacuum system and accessories.
Installation-xrf analysis polarization of the primary radiation "ELEAN"
"ELEAN" - the EDXRF Equipment with polarized primary beam for the Na - U element analysis.
Content of the equipment:
60kV High Power X-ray Tube Supply;
Si (Li) detector;
6 secondary radiation units with energy from Tik (4.5 keV) to Lak (33.4 keV).
The laser atomic-fluorescence analyzer "TILANA"
"TILANA" carry out quantitative determination of trace element contamination in solid and liquid samples. It is based on laser excitation and subsequent fluorescence detection of the vapor, produced by evaporation of the sample in the electro-thermal atomizer.
The luminescent spectra analyzer "AROMA-34"
"AROMA-34", the luminescent spectra analyzer for the visible range radiation (especially, benzo/a/pyrene analysis in the environment). It is based on KSVU-23, monochromator one of which WIT-23 serves as an effective narrowband filter the exciting radiation. The measurement minimum scanning step is 0.1 nm.
