Our laboratory proposes:
- Research of refractory conducting materials by field ion microscopy method;
- Complex technique of field ion and electron emission analysis of interfaces;
- The analysis of interface of the high--dispersed and nano-structured materials at atomic level;
- Field ion-microscopy analysis of radiation damage refractory metals;
- The analysis of grain structure in nano-crystalline materials;
- Determination of strength characteristics of nano-objects;
- Manufacturing of probes for scanning devices and for nanolithography;
- Manufacturing of the ion and electron sources with the localized emission;
- Creating an atom-smooth surface of the medical surgical tool by using field processing;
- Getting multi-emitter systems with homogeneous emission.
