Loading of samples by forces of the electric field in a microscope is carried out by a high-voltage generator with smooth regulation of tension from 1 to 20 кV and high-voltage impulsive generator with amplitude up to 15 кV. Vacuum in a chamber is 5*10-7Torr. There is possibility of warming up of samples up to 1000 K.
