Equipment of laboratory of physics of interaction of ion beams with materials
Accelerating complex for study of helium and hydrogen behavior in conditions of generation of radiation defects

Parameters of irradiation system “ESU-2”
- The range of smooth regulation of beam energy, keV - 200-2000
- Maximum of beam current, mkA - 10
- The range of current regulation, mkA - 0,1-10
- The kind of accelerated ions inert from He to Xe, chemically active from hydrogen to nitrogen

- Simultaneous implantation of helium and hydrogen is realized by two irradiating assemblies which provide the possibility to vary the particle energy in the range 3…50 keV.;
- Irradiation of specimens and investigation by nuclear-physical methods is performed in one experimental chamber.ss
Accelerating installation with energy of particles to 0,1 MeV
Two-beam accelerating installation “ANT”

Accelerating complex where two high-voltage accelerators of the Kokroft and Uolton type with aligned beams of ions are assembled on one bed-support (M1=1…14, M2=1…40a.e.m.) with energy 20 and 100 keV, respectively.
Beam I – E=1-20 keV; 15 µA;
Beam II – E=15-100 keV; 10 µA;
(hydrogen, deuterium, helium, nitrogen, oxygen)
Multipurpose experimental assembly “SKIF”

(gas ions with E=20-100 keV)
The assembly represents the irradiating facility; target chamber is placed outlet the irradiating facility and is completed with detector (or several detectors) for measurement of partial pressure of gases released of irradiated target on its heating.
