Projects 1997—2008

We have the experience of successful international co-operation in managing and participation in a number of R&D projects:

  • "Semiconductor Crystal Development for Room Temperature Gamma-ray Spectroscopy", Agreement B343688 with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, USA (1997-1999).
  • The State Program "State R&D Contract" (registration number 6.01.11): "Development and application of a complex of physical tools for measurements and monitoring of nuclear radiations with perfect semiconductor single crystals like AIIBVI and AIIIBV with the purpose of more strict monitoring and safety control at NPP and Unit "Shelter" in Ukraine" (2001).
  • Development project for Unit "Shelter": "Development and manufacturing of measurement channels of neutron flux density and exposition doze rate of γ-radiation with perspective converters for reconstruction of technical complex of the monitoring system "Finish-R". State registration number 0101U007786 (2001-2002).
  • "Selection and revision of quantitative models for prediction semiconductor physical properties depending on their composition and temperature", STCU Project #1880 (2002-2003).
  • "New approaches to growth of CdZnTe and creation of nuclear radiation sensors for environment monitoring", STCU Project #1787 (2002-2005).
  • "Organisation of the manufacture of radiation detectors from CdTe (CdZnTe): Preliminary market research", STCU #P304 (2007).
  • "High-Sensitive Optical Sensors for Non-Destructive Material Testing and Vibration Monitoring", INTAS Project Nr 04-78-7227 (2007-2008).
