Visa Formalities

Citizens of the countries of European Union, Switzerland, USA, Canada, and Japan can visit Ukraine without visas. Currently, it is a temporary situation, and we would recommend to contact the Ukrainian Consulate in your country before travelling. Participants from other countries, who need a visa to enter Ukraine, please contact your nearest Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate.

At the request of the authors of accepted papers the conference organizers will be sending an invitation letter required for a visa via airmail or Fax.
