EQUIPMENT:

 

  • Instrumental-program measuring complex PPIK on the base of cryo generatorRGD-210 (Leybold), temperature range 12-300K, was modernized in 2011.

 

  •  X-ray diffractometers DRON UM1, DRON 4-07

 

  •   Vacuum chambers of the type VUM for melting and thermal treatment of materials (Tmax~1200oC).

 

  • Furnaces for annealing on air, in atmosphere of argon and gaseous mixture Ar-5% H2 (Tmax~1200oC)

 

  •  Electromagnet (in gap ~1 cm V~3TL)

 

  •  Facility for measurement of internal friction at low and at high temperatures.
