Submission

 

Contributions must be submitted before March 31, 2013:

(1) in electronic form. The ONLY format accepted is Microsoft WORD for Windows (all versions).

Please send the electronic form of contribution to:

(2) on paper (original and two copies). Papers should not be folded; they should be mailed in such a way to avoid damage. Permission (participants from Ukraine and Russian Federation) for open publication is obligatory.

Deadline of hard copy submition: June 1, 2013
