ACCOMODATION RATES

and REGISTRATION FEES

All participants will be accommodated in the comfortable rooms of holiday center “ EVRICA”.

“EVRICA” offers rooms with three meals a day at a rate of:

• cottage with partial conveniences	- 35 - 50 EU/per night
• cottage with all conveniences	- 50 - 100 EU/per night
• cottage of first-class	- 100 - 150 EU/per night.

Conference registration fees will be 150 EU, for postgraduates and young scientists (to 35 years) - 80 EU (in Ukrainian national currency (grivna) according to the official rate of the Na-tional Bank of Ukraine).

These fees include:

- Registration;

- Attendance at all Conference Sessions;

- One copy of the program booklet;

- Conference Proceedings;

- Coffee/tea breaks, refreshments;

- Welcoming reception;

- Conference banquet;

- Daily transportation.

The payment of the registration fee must be realized by 100% pre payment by bank transfer according to the account of NSC KIPT.

The payment of the registration fees in Alushta by cash is possible only as exception

VENUE AND TRAVEL INFORMATION

The weather in Crimea in September is usually pleasant with an average daily temperature about 22-25°C. The average water temperature in Black Sea is about 18-22°C.

• The Conference Committee recommends that attendees make flight or railway arrangements to Crimea, Simferopol;

• Conference participants will be met at Simferopol railway station or airport by Member of Conference Organizing Committee and accompanied to the holiday center “EVRICA”.
