ACCOMODATION RATES

and REGISTRATION FEES

 

All participants will be accommodated in the comfortable rooms of holiday center “ EVRICA”.

“EVRICA” offers rooms with three meals a day at a rate of:

•        cottage with partial conveniences

- 30 - 50  EU/per night

•        cottage with all conveniences

- 50 - 100  EU/per night

•        cottage of first-class

- 100 - 150  EU/per night.

Conference registration fees will be 150 EU if paid before June 15th 2010 and

220 EU if paid after June 15th 2010.

These fees include:

 

-       Registration;

-       Attendance at all Conference Sessions;

-       One copy of the program booklet;

-       Conference Proceedings;

-       Coffee/tea breaks, refreshments;

-       Welcoming reception;

-       Conference banquet;

-       Daily transportation.

VENUE AND TRAVEL INFORMATION

The weather in Crimea in September is usually pleasant with an average daily temperature about 22-25°C. The average water temperature in Black Sea is about 18-22°C.

• The Conference Committee recommends that attendees make flight or railway arrangements to Crimea, Simferopol;

• Conference participants will be met at Simferopol railway station or airport by Member of Conference Organizing Committee and accompanied to the holiday center “EVRICA”.
