The International Conference and School on Plasma Physics and Controlled Fusion, combined with Workshop on the Role of Electric Fields in Plasma Confinement in Stellarators and Tokamaks, will be held in September 11-16, 2006 in the Black seaside resort (Alushta region). This Conference and Workshop will follow the previous International Conference and INTAS Strategic Workshop, which were held in Alushta in 2004, as well as International and Ukrainian National Conferences on Plasma Physics of 1998, 2000, 2002, which were organized by National Science Center "Kharkov Institute of Physics and Technology". More than 100 Ukrainian scientists and 70 foreign participants (from 13 countries) presented about 250 reports during Alushta Conference of 2004. We hope that more than 200 scientists will participate in Alushta Conference/Workshop in 2006.
