The Conference/Workshop  will be held in Alushta at the "Dubna" seaside resort, one of the most comfortable conference center hotels of its kind in the Crimea. It has its own beach, tennis courts, dance-hall and other recreation facilities. Alushta is one of the best Black Sea resorts in Crimea. The city is 45 km from Simferopol and 30 km from Yalta (see the map of Crimea beach), in a large fertile valley that is surrounded by fertile mountain tops from three sides. Numerous sanatoria, seaside resorts, tourist centers and excursion establishments recreate hundreds of thousand of people annually.
