The date of arrival to the Conference site and registration is Sunday, September 10.
Registration

Registration will begin at the Conference hall of the "Dubna" rest home on Sunday, 10 September, at 16:00.
The Registration desk will be opened throughout conference hours.

Timetable

10 September (Sunday) - day of arrival and registration (16:00 -19:00)
11 September (Monday) - Opening Ceremony (9:00)
16 September (Saturday) - Closing Ceremony (14:00)
16 September (Saturday) - official date of departure (after lunch)

Social Program

The following social Program is planned:
11 September, 19:00 - Welcome party.
13 September (after lunch) - Sightseeing trip (excursion to the most attractive places of Crimea -should be paid separately)
15 September, 19:00 - Conference dinner
