Citizens of the countries of European Union, Switzerland, USA, Canada, and Japan can visit Ukraine without visas. Participants from other countries, who need a visa to enter Ukraine, please, contact your nearest Ukrainian Embassy or Consulate.
At the request of the authors of accepted papers the conference organizers will be sending an invitation letter required for a visa via airmail or Fax.
In case of any problems please do not hesitate to address the Organizing Committee.
